The cooktop features six gas burners, including the high-intensity 18,000-BTU boil burner that produces fast, intense heat.(2x 18000-BTUs, 2x 12000-BTUs, and 2x 6000-BTUs), the power burner is designed to reach maximum temperatures quickly, and the simmer burner is for more delicate, controllable heat.
EASY-TO-CLEAN DESIGN
Sealed gas burners allow you to enjoy easier cleanup, so your cooktop stays brand new and clean for years. The metal-constructed knobs and the heavy-duty cast-iron grates can be cleaned in the dishwasher, which is hassle-free. You do not need to lift to move heavy pots and pans across the cooktop.
