3. SHIPPING POLICY
About Shipping
Our global warehouses are located in the following countries/areas: United States, Europe, Thailand, China, and other regions. Our products are stored in different warehouses, so we may process your order separately depending on the inventory location. We will prioritize processing deliveries from the warehouse in your area or nearby warehouses. If an item is oversold, we will assign your order to the priority location where that item is located.
SHIPPING RATES
Estimated Rates:
To determine the estimated shipping cost for any item to your desired address, you can select any item, and the estimated shipping cost will be displayed in your cart. Shipping rates are shown on your shopping cart page, along with a map showing your location and the option to select a different location. You are not required to complete the purchase or provide a payment method if you do not wish to proceed to checkout.
Actual Shipping Cost
The actual shipping cost will be displayed at checkout once you have entered your actual destination address on the shipping page. Shipping Guarantee Fee
Shipping Guarantee offers premium protection and security for your valuable items during international shipping. We will reship your package immediately at no additional charge if it is reported as lost. This is optional; you can uncheck it if you do not need shipping insurance.
Shipping Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we have a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. Please allow additional transit time for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by email or phone.
Next-day delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Occasionally, delivery delays may occur. We ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, including your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be activated within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We are not responsible for any duties or taxes applied to your order. All charges incurred during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (duties, taxes).
Damage
We are not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received a damaged order, please contact the shipping company to file a claim. Please retain all packaging materials and the damaged merchandise before filing a claim.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
1) Shipping from our US warehouse: Delivery time is 1-3 business days. Shipping methods include DHL, UPS, USPS, etc. Shipping costs are included in your order.
2) Shipping from our warehouses in other countries: Delivery time is 7-14 business days. Shipping methods include DHL, UPS, USPS, etc. Shipping costs are included in your order. Note:
1) Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
2) These estimates are based on normal circumstances and do not guarantee delivery time.
3) The shipping methods mentioned may vary depending on the situation.
4) Shipping time does not include the 1-2 day processing period from the date the order is placed.
5) We will do our best to deliver your package as soon as possible. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses or customs clearance issues.
6) If you have any problems with the shipment of your package, you must contact Customer Service within 180 days of placing your order.
7) If your address is in a remote area, an additional shipping charge will apply.
